Ingredienti

Per 4 Persone

  • 4 pz  Cappesante del Pacifico mezzoguscio

  • 4 pz  Gusci di cappesante

  • 4 pz  Code di gambero argentino

  • 4 cucchiai  Guacamole

  • 2 fette  Pane da toast

  • 1 noce  Burro

  • Peperoncino, sale, pepe

  • Germogli di barbabietola o pisello

Procedimento

  • 1.

    Lascia scongelare le cappesante e le code di gambero.

  • 2.

    Prendi la salsa guacamole già pronta e aggiungi una leggera spolverata di peperoncino. Tosta il pane da toast e taglia ogni fetta ricavandone due piccole tartine rotonde.

  • 3.

    Scalda il burro in padella e cuoci code di gambero e cappesante. Aggiustale di sale e pepe.

  • 4.

    Guarnisci con pepe rosa e, se vuoi, aggiungi qualche germoglio di barbabietola o di pisello e servile subito.
