Ingredienti

Per 2 Persone

  • 6 pz  Filetti di acciughe del Mar Cantabrico

  • 180 gr  Sugo ai Moscardini

  • 50 gr  Olive taggiasche

  • 160 gr  Spaghetti

Procedimento

  • 1.

    Apri il sugo e cuoci gli spaghetti in acqua bollente per metà tempo di cottura.

  • 2.

    Nel mentre rosola le acciughe in padella, aggiungi le olive e il sugo di moscardini.

  • 3.

    Dopodiché scola la pasta e finisci la cottura in padella, aggiungi acqua se serve.

  • 4.

    Impiatta la pasta, aggiungi il sugo e spolver se vuoi con del prezzemolo.
