Ingredienti

Per 2 Persone

  • 300 ml  Prosecco Tintoretto Rosé DOC Extra Dry

  • 150 g  Fragole

  • Sciroppo di zucchero

  • 2   Fragole per guarnire

Procedimento

  • 1.

    Pulisci le fragole e prepara la purea con un frullatore ad immersione.

  • 2.

    Aggiungi qualche goccia di sciroppo di zucchero e/o qualche goccia di limone se vuoi evitare che la purea si ossidi e risulti di un colore meno acceso.

  • 3.

    Versa la purea di fragole nei bicchieri, aggiungi il Prosecco Tintoretto Rosé DOC Extra Dry freddo e amalgama delicatamente il tutto. Guarnisci con una fragola e servi il tuo cocktail
