Per 4 Persone

  • Quiche Lorraine

Procedimento

  • 1.

    Togliere la Quiche dalla sua confezione e sistemarla ancora surgelata, sulla piastra ricoperta con carta forno.

  • 2.

    In forno già caldo a 200°C per ca. 22-25 minuti.

  • 3.

    Fare riposare 3-4 min. prima di tagliarla

  • 4.

    Tagliare in 4 parti, con un coltello seghettato affilato.

  • 5.

    Servire ancora calda, magari con una colorata e fresca insalatina mista.
