Ingredienti

Per 2 Persone

  • Asparagi verdi

  • Purè di patate

  • Arrosticini di ovino

Procedimento

  • 1.

    Apri gli arrosticini e lasciali scongelare, dopodichè apri gli asparagi.

  • 2.

    Apri il purè, scalda il latte. aggiungi sale, pepe e il purè cuocilo per 10 minuti.

  • 3.

    Sbollenta gli asparagi per qualche secondo e freddali in acqua e ghiaccio.

  • 4.

    Cuoci gli arrosticini e gli asparagi in una bistecchiera per circa 8/10 minuti.

  • 5.

    Impiatta il purè alla base e alterna gli arrosticini e gli asparagi.

  • 6.
